1964: Davis Vision incorporated to provide managed vision care programs. Our very first client is still with us today!

Davis Vision History 1996: Became wholly-owned subsidiary of HVHC Inc.

2005-2006: Davis Vision’s parent company acquires Viva International Group, a worldwide leader in frame and sunglass distribution and manufacturing, and Eye Care Centers of America, the largest U.S.-owned specialty optical retail chain.

Together, sister companies Davis Vision, Viva and ECCA comprise a vertically-integrated triad dedicated to the whole vision care experience.

2007-2009: Continued growth providing benefits and services to 55 million members from thousands of client groups in all industries, trades and professions, including many Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, labor organizations, managed care organizations and local, state and federal government employees.
