| WHAT: | National vision benefits company, Davis Vision, brings its Focus on America SM community outreach program to Triedstone Full Gospel Baptist Church in Chicago tomorrow. A new partnership between Davis Vision and Prevent Blindness America will provide free vision screenings and follow-up care to uninsured or underinsured children and adolescents ages 5 to 17. Walk-ins are welcome. Children needing follow-up care will receive a voucher for a free eye examination and eyeglasses at participating local Visionworks stores. |
