Davis Vision provides eyewear to members affected by Tennessee flooding
PLAINVIEW, N.Y. (May 18, 2010) - Davis Vision is offering free repair or replacement eyewear to members affected by the recent flooding in Tennessee.
Effective immediately, Davis Vision will make exceptions to its normal replacement policies to ensure eyewear needs of members are being met. Members whose eyewear was lost or damaged in the recent flood may call Davis Vision's toll-free number at 1-800-999-5431 to speak with a representative or log in to its Web site at www.davisvision.com to obtain assistance.
Tennessee members can return damaged eyewear to their provider's office. If a provider's office is closed due to the floods, members will be referred to another area provider for assistance.
