Davis Vision, Inc. Names Industry Veteran Terence Ward Divisional Vice President of Sales

Plainview, NY (Nov. 25, 2008) – Davis Vision, Inc., headquartered in Plainview, NY, has named Terence Ward divisional vice president of sales, South division. In this new position based in Atlanta, Ga., Ward is responsible for new business development in the Southern U.S.

Ward began his career in the vision industry in 1991 by joining the vision care company that would become Spectera, where he held a number of sales positions. In 1994 Ward took on the role of director of vision networks for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. Two years later he returned to Spectera Inc. and was named vice president of sales in 2004. Ward holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
