Davis Vision, Inc. Names Tom Iachetta Vice President of Administration
PLAINVIEW, NY (Dec. 9, 2008) – Tom Iachetta has been named vice president of administration, a newly-created position within Davis Vision’s Latham, NY, Customer Relationship and Information Technology Center. Iachetta has been with Davis Vision since 2003, most recently as vice president of Customer Service.
In his new role, Iachetta will continue to oversee Davis Vision’s 175-seat call center operations, group implementations and quality assurance. In addition, he will assume new client administration responsibilities, which include claims processing, data administration, client billing and benefit management.

Iachetta has over 20 years of experience in information technology, telecommunications and customer service. This includes extensive knowledge of business planning, data center/call center operations, project management and process engineering.
