Position: Provider Data Analyst - (FT)
Location: Plainview, NY

We have an immediate need for a Provider Data Analyst for our Provider Recruitment area. This new position will partner with all levels of Davis Vision Associates to collect, evaluate, and prepare data relating to the provider network including but not limited to utilization, quality, provider network statistical and fee data.

The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of database methodology, principles and procedures, experience with Microsoft Tool Sets including Excel, Word, Access, Visual Basic, familiarity with advanced database tools and languages a plus, including SQL, DB/2, experience with report writing software, utilization of software and techniques in the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets, design, development, and administration of complex databases, design and production of comprehensive computerized data queries and reports. Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and time management skills. Ability to self-manage, able to handle challenges in a professional manner, and possess the ability to work under pressure. Two-year degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of related job experience.
