Our Member Service Representatives (MSRs) are cross-trained
as claims examiners and are fully versed in all aspects of benefit
plan designs and program guidelines. MSRs responsibilities and areas

Davis Vision MSRs average over 3.5 years' experience in vision
care customer service. They each receive extensive, specialized
training in a 3 week classroom setting followed by ongoing educational
enrichment programs and additional training on CompuVision,
Davis Vision's proprietary vision care claims processing system.
