Davis Vision's Member Service Representatives

Our Member Service Representatives (MSRs) are cross-trained as claims examiners and are fully versed in all aspects of benefit plan designs and program guidelines. MSRs responsibilities and areas of expertise include:

Davis Vision's MSRs   In-depth knowledge of benefit plans
  Extensive experience in customer interactions
  Responsiveness to member needs
  Expert-level interaction with providers and their staff
  Extensive optical knowledge

Davis Vision MSRs average over 3.5 years' experience in vision care customer service. They each receive extensive, specialized training in a 3 week classroom setting followed by ongoing educational enrichment programs and additional training on CompuVision™, Davis Vision's proprietary vision care claims processing system. We our proud of our Customer Relationship and Information Technology Center's benchmark low turnover rate.
