Davis Vision has designed CompuVision™, the industry’s benchmark administrative software program, to interface with each client group's systems to manage all aspects of plan administration. Through CompuVision™, Davis Vision maintains eligibility and history files, electronically adjudicates claims and provides management outcome reports in the client’s specified format and at the requested frequency.

Sponsor Identification
Davis Vision will highlight each client group’s vision care plan sponsorship by customizing their member communication materials. The materials that can be imprinted with the client’s name and logo include: Vision Benefits Booklets, provider directories and eyeglass warranties.

Ease of Access
Virtually all Davis Vision programs are designed to be "user friendly" in a streamlined, paperless environment. This ensures maximum convenience in accessing professional eyecare services and eyewear. A member simply calls a network provider of their choice, gives their name and member identification number and schedules an appointment. The doctor’s office then contacts our Customer Relationship Center (24-hours/seven days a week). Davis Vision's exclusive CompuVision™ administrative system verifies eligibility and benefit information either on-line or via telephone, and the doctor is then given the appropriate authorization. The Davis Vision network is blended and comprised of private practitioners – independent optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians, and many of the nation’s premier point-of-service retail centers – the best of all worlds in terms of provider-type and office setting selection.
